Steps to Access Your Account Using Our Client Portal
First Time Login Steps:
- Activate Your Account: Contact your agent to email your "Client Portal Activation Email"
- Activate: Open your email and click the activation button to complete your registration.
- Register: Follow the quick steps to login.

Steps to Login After You Have Registered
- Log by: Enter your email when you registered.
- Authentication Options:
- Passkey: The most secure method for logging in without a password.
- One-Time Code: A temporary code sent to your email.
- Social Media: If previously used, use the email associated with your activation.
How to View Your Trips and Make Payments
- Trip Management: Under Trip Management, click My Trips to view all your reservations.
- View Trips: To make a payment on your trip, click on that booking to open the trip.
- Make a Payment: On the right side at the top, click on Payment Pre-Approval.
- Card Info.: Enter your credit card information.
- Notes: In the NOTES, enter your CVV Number (3 digits on back of card).
- Also, if you have multiple bookings on your trip, let us know what this payment is for. (Example: You are paying $600, and you want $400 towards your cruise and $200 towards your hotel).
- Authorize: Print and Sign your name and click SUBMIT.
